Stained Glass Repair Completed

Sometimes it is easy to miss the beauty that surrounds us everyday. That was the experience when one of the stained glass windows in the worship center was removed for repair. What an odd sight to see only the clear glass.

It was obvious from the ground that the glass was loose but it actually had to be taped together with duct tape to safely remove it. The window was completely disassembled and releaded. It was remounted earlier this week; returned to the place it has occupied for 93 years.

There is a new appreciation for the beauty of the stained glass that surrounds us each Sunday during worship!
